Vestager: 'it is for the companies themselves to identify: may be market sensitive, or they are in 2 or 3 of the criteria but not all. Eventually we may do an investigation to see if it's an emerging gatekeeper. But it's for them to rebut these assumptions of being a gatekeeper.'
